About me
I’m Abhishek Sharma, a Licensed Pranic Healing Instructor and Practitioner, wellness trainer, meditation facilitator, and Co-Founder of Tan & Atman – Institute for Healing & Spiritual Growth in Nagpur.
For over 18 years, I have worked with individuals and groups through Pranic Healing, meditation and practical wellbeing programmes. My work focuses on stress management, emotional wellbeing, energy management and personal growth. I also conduct workshops for organisations and business communities, helping people manage pressure, think clearly and perform with greater balance.
I’m keen to connect with business leaders, HR professionals and organisations who want to bring meaningful wellbeing programmes to their teams. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because I have seen how stress, emotional pain and exhaustion can quietly limit a person’s health, relationships and ability to lead. I have also seen what becomes possible when people learn practical ways to care for their inner wellbeing.
For more than 18 years, I have taught Pranic Healing and meditation to help people feel better, think more clearly and reconnect with their own strength. Through Tan & Atman, my purpose is to make these tools accessible to individuals, families and organisations—so that more people can move through life with greater clarity, resilience and compassion. -
